My neice made this awesome lamp for me......a paper shade with coffee filters scrunched and place all around (3 pkgs of filters) with a light bulb in the middle.....beautiful! This is a close up of it at night when this is the only lamp on. The further you move away from it, the brighter it is.

Mook is the co-founder and design director of Beyond Living Co., Ltd., (www.beyond-living.com/). As well as being a much sought after conceptual interior stylist and textile product designer, she is also an expert in accessories sourcing.

I've been checking out the wide-angle and low-light abilities of my new rig. So far, so good. However, I think it can be better than this. Still, I'm happy with my first attempt.

The decorating is done by my beautiful wife, the awesome sectional is courtesy of Ashley Furniture Industries. What am I saying? It wasn't a courtesy; I had to pay money for the darn thing! We do like it.

walking around the Gas Lamp District in San Diego, we stumbled upon a quaint little mexican cafe. The colors of the outside decor immediately caught my attention, it was so gorgeous.

It took me awhile to finally build up the courage to get close up and take pictures of these little guys.... I loved them because they were so happy, and merry, yet at the same time...

Okay, they were a little creepy too. I won't lie. But that's just because I don't do well with clowns or any other thing that falls even close to that category...
